Don't assume the information given in readme files is correct, especially considering the dlclist.xml changed with After Hours. There are online checkers but most people use Notepad++ and the XML tools plugin. You don't tell us if you have checked it for errors, or whether you have validated the XML through an XML checker. You tell us you have everything installed but you don't tell us if it's installed correctly and if other mods work. this post will get ignored unless you add some useful information to it.
